I arrived at this delightful Santa Barbara Hotel to a very warm reception and helpful staff. I was delighted with the location as it really is just a few yards from the beach (literally a 2 minute stroll!). My room was nicely decorated, clean and with plenty of space (and storage space too!) I was so pleased that I decided to stay for a month and was given a substantial discount for doing so. I highly recommend this as one of the best deal cheap hotels in Santa Barbara. I have stayed here on many occasions. I spend a lot of time travelling and I appreciate a reliable, friendly, efficient and low cost place to stay. Most of the others hotels in Santa Barbara that I asked for prices were much more expensive.  J Docherty.

I can assure anyone who is thinking about their special off-season deals and monthly rentals that it is a) exceptional value; b) a great environment and location to be in, classy too - not at all downmarket and c) the best value in town. Travelling north on US101 please exit Cabrillo Blvd (#94C) and take a left at the stop sign. Take right on Corona Del Mar Drive (first street after Ninos Dr). Travelling south exit Milpas St. and make right. Take left on Cabrillo Blvd and left again on Corona Del Mar Drive.
